How To Return My Items?
You may return or exchange your item with in 14 days of receiving it. You must email us before shipping the item back. You will have to cover the shipping cost to return it to Lilly James 6915 Riverview Blvd Bradenton, FL 34209. If you are exchanging your item, you will cover the cost of shipping both ways. Any personalized items or "Final" Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I know what my ring size is?
Ring sizes can be tricky. Please measure your ring size before purchasing. Do not go by another ring you are wearing. As we wear rings, they can stretch and wear down over time. You may purchase a reusable ring sizer from us or can print out a paper ring sizer on the internet. Make sure when measuring, you can slide it over your knuckle. We are not responsible for wrong sizes.
